civil engineering and land planning services for The Rookery, an approximately 560-acre master-planned residential community in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Designed for up to 2,100 homes, the project required coordinated roadway, grading, stormwater and utility infrastructure to support phased development while preserving much of the property’s natural wetlands.
