Live Oak Engineering served
as the delegated light gauge engineer for Azalea Hall, a 159,000-square-foot residence hall designed to accommodate 412 students. Our team designed the cold-formed steel load-bearing and non-load-bearing wall systems and coordinated closely with the Engineer of Record to integrate the walls with the building’s overall structural design.
